1. Number of Guests
The apartment may only be occupied by the number of guests stated in the reservation. Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval.
2. Use of the Apartment
The apartment is rented exclusively for holiday purposes.
Parties, events, or commercial activities are not permitted.
3. Peace and Respect
Guests are expected to respect the peace and quiet of the surroundings.
Noise disturbance, particularly between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am, is not permitted.
4. Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
Should smoking be detected, additional cleaning charges may apply.
5. Pets
Pets are not permitted.
6. Care of the Apartment
The tenant undertakes to treat the apartment and its contents with due care.
Any damage must be reported immediately.
7. Furniture and Household Items
It is not permitted to move, remove, or misuse furniture, decoration, appliances, linen, crockery, or any other part of the inventory:
-
outside the apartment
-
outside the property
-
for purposes other than those intended
Any loss, damage, or missing items will be charged accordingly.
8. Fire Safety and Use of Outdoor Areas
The terrace must be used appropriately.
It is not permitted to hang or throw objects over the balustrade.
In accordance with local regulations and due to the increased fire risk during the summer season, it is strictly forbidden to use the following on the terrace or in any outdoor area:

candles
-
open flames
-
fire pits, barbecues, or similar devices
This prohibition is imposed by the local authorities and must be strictly respected in order to prevent fire hazards and wildfires.
The tenant is required to comply fully with all applicable safety regulations and house rules relating to fire prevention.
Should a fire occur as a result of negligence, carelessness, or failure to comply with these rules by the tenant or members of their party — including wildfires — the tenant may be held fully liable for all resulting damage, costs, and any third-party liabilities.
9. Waste and Cleanliness
Waste must be sorted correctly and disposed of in the designated public waste container located on Boulevard du Soleil (near house number 1480).
Final cleaning after departure is included in the rental price.
Guests are expected to maintain the apartment in a normal and respectful condition throughout their stay. Cleaning materials are provided for this purpose.
Upon departure, the apartment must be left:

in a tidy condition
-
free of waste
-
with the kitchen tidied and dishes cleaned
If the apartment is left in an excessively dirty or unhygienic condition, or if additional cleaning is required beyond the standard final cleaning, the owner reserves the right to charge additional fees.
10. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: from 3:30 pm

Check-out: before 9:30 am
Access to the apartment is managed digitally via the Tapkey system.
Digital access is automatically activated from the official check-in time and deactivated at check-out.
It is therefore not possible to enter the apartment before 3:30 pm or after 9:30 am unless expressly agreed otherwise in advance.
11. Keys and Access
Access to the apartment is provided through a digital key system (Tapkey).
In order to gain access, the tenant must:

provide a valid email address
-
possess a mobile phone (smartphone) compatible with Apple iOS or Android
-
be able to install and use the Tapkey application
Access is granted digitally to the tenants and is strictly personal.
The tenant is responsible for the proper use of the system and may not share digital access with third parties without the owner’s permission.
In the event of technical issues, the tenant must contact the owner immediately.
If the tenant does not possess a compatible smartphone or is unable to use the system correctly, this must be communicated in advance.
Loss of access due to incorrect use of the system may result in intervention charges.
12. Liability
The owner cannot be held liable for:

accidents in or around the apartment
-
loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
13. Non-Compliance
Failure to comply with these house rules may result in:
-
refusal of access to the apartment
-
early termination of the stay
-
partial or full retention of the security deposit
By making a reservation, the tenant acknowledges having read and accepted these house rules.
