Our two apartments are part of an elegant villa, but have completely independent access and each features its own private terrace, separate entrance , and all the comforts for a carefree holiday.

Stylish Design
There are two apartments , each with a cozy terrace where it is lovely to spend time.
Both apartments are fully equipped and suitable for up to 4 people per apartment .
Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and has 1 separate bedroom and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.
One apartment has a living room with a sofa bed, while the other apartment has a bunk bed.
The apartments are only accessible via multiple flights of stairs and do not have an elevator. For safety reasons, they are not suitable for persons with reduced mobility.

Bormes-les-Mimosas is a charming village on the French Côte d'Azur, located in the Var province.
It is known for its picturesque, narrow streets, with colorful houses winding along the hills and offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The village is surrounded by lush nature , with beautiful flowers, including the famous mimosa, which fills the landscape with a fragrant, yellow splendor in January and February.
Bormes-les-Mimosas has a rich history and offers an authentic Provençal atmosphere , with charming squares, local markets, and cozy cafes.
It is the perfect base for those who want to enjoy both the tranquility of the village and the proximity of the coast and other picturesque villages in the region.

If you enjoy traveling by train, you can take the TGV from Brussels South to Marseille , and from there towards Toulon and further to Hyères . From there, you can reach Bormes-les-Mimosas in about 20 minutes by bus or taxi.
By car, the distance from Brussels is approximately 1,150 km , making for a pleasant drive towards the sunny south via the Autoroute du Soleil . A stopover with an overnight stay near Beaune is ideal. Try to beat or avoid rush hour around Lyon between 4:30 PM and 6:30 PM.
There are also several options by plane: you can fly to Nice (about a 1.5-hour drive), Marseille (about 1 hour), or Toulon-Hyères , which is located just 20 minutes from the destination. Please note, however, that flights to Toulon-Hyères are limited to the summer season and only with Transavia.
