Upon arrival, you will discover a unique private terrace on the right — the perfect place to enjoy breakfast or relax with a good book at sunset.

Opposite the entrance door, you will find a fully fitted bathroom with toilet, washbasin, and spacious walk-in shower.

Further inside is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave oven, induction hob, and extractor hood, ideal for transforming local produce into delicious Provençal dishes.

The apartment also features a cosy raised sitting area with a comfortable sofa that can easily be converted into a proper double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m). The space can be closed off with a door, allowing it to function as a separate bedroom. As the sitting area is located at the rear of the apartment, it enjoys lovely sea views. A LED television and Wi-Fi are available.

There is ample storage space for your belongings, including cleaning equipment, an iron, and a drying rack. Please note that there is no washing machine.

A separate bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and wardrobe completes the apartment.

When are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:30 pm and check-out is before 9:30 am.
Access is provided via an app on your mobile phone, which allows you to open and lock the door.
A mobile phone with the ability to download apps is therefore required.
Please respect these times carefully: before or after these hours, the lock will no longer function.
Are pets allowed in the apartments?
Pets are not allowed in our apartments.
Is parking available for guests?
You can park free of charge nearby, within walking distance, or in the public paid Saint-François car park at the top of the old village of Bormes-les-Mimosas.
You may stop briefly on the pavement in front of the house for loading and unloading. Afterwards, the car must be moved immediately to an official parking space; otherwise, you risk a fine.
