1. Reservation and Payment

A reservation only becomes final upon receipt of full payment and the issuance of a confirmed invoice.

The owner reserves the right to cancel requests for which payment has not been received by the due date.

Other forms of confirmation (email, verbal agreement, or enquiry) are not binding.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation

• Between 30 and 14 days before arrival: 50% of the stay is payable

• Less than 14 days before arrival: 100% of the stay is payable

• In the event of a no-show: 100% of the stay is payable

3. Arrival and Departure

• Check-in: from 3:30 pm

• Check-out: before 9:30 am

Any exceptions are only possible with prior agreement.

4. Use of the Apartment

The apartment may only be occupied by the number of guests stated in the reservation.

It is NOT permitted to sublet the apartment, organise events or parties, or cause disturbance.

In the event of non-compliance, access to the apartment may be refused without refund.

5. Liability

The tenant is fully responsible for any damage caused to the apartment, its contents, or the communal areas during the stay.

Any damage will be deducted from the security deposit and/or invoiced separately.

The owner cannot be held liable for accidents, loss or theft of personal belongings, or technical failures beyond their control.

6. Security Deposit

A security deposit of €250 may be requested and will be refunded within a reasonable period after inspection of the apartment.

7. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (e.g. damage, technical problems, or external circumstances), the owner reserves the right to modify or cancel the reservation.

In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded without additional compensation.

8. Privacy

Personal data is used solely for the management of the reservation and will not be shared with third parties.

9. Applicable Law

This agreement is governed by Belgian law.

10. Acceptance

By making a reservation, the tenant declares that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
